For over 20 years I worked in corporate marketing leaving my last role in June 2018 to co-found POINT3 Wellbeing.
I have spent the last five years working in corporate wellbeing, retraining as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Mindset and Wellbeing Trainer and I am now passionate about helping people to optimise their mental, as well as holistic health and wellbeing.
It is now my (healthy!) obsession to research and experiment with a lifestyle of healthy habits in the areas of nutrition, sleep, movement and mindfulness.
I am still a keen runner with many marathons in the bag (listed for posterity below!). I have also more recently discovered the love and power of of walking for wellbeing, believing this to be every human’s innate superpower!
Now, as co-founder of POINT3 Wellbeing, I regularly speak at conferences and deliver training in the workplace about mental health, wellbeing and how to avoid burnout.
My fitness qualifications
I am a CIMSPA certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Advisor, with a particular interest in behaviour change and nutrition.
My passion for fitness is founded in my passion for running (read all about my running here). I have taken part in more than 35 half marathons, marathons, an ultra and many trails over the last 20 years – around the UK, Europe and further afield – many of which have also been for charity. I also have a love of exploring and experiencing different countries, cultures and cuisines.

Running is not only my favourite way to stay fit, it’s my moment to be mindful, it’s how I process things and come up with new ideas. It has also introduced me to new people and new places, and is the source of so many of my most treasured memories.
Over the years I have been a member of a number of local clubs and communities including Twickenham Rowing Club, the BeaRCat Running Club and now I’m an active member at Blitz Fit Cross Fit in Twickenham.
To complement my running, I recognise the importance of building full body strength and endurance, to not only improve as a runner, but to mitigate injuries.

POINT3 Wellbeing
In the company of two fabulous business partners (Nicky and Siôn) we launched POINT3 to help people stress less and smile more. It was our mission when we launched in June 2018 and it remains so now five years later.
Movement and mindfulness were the foundational principles of POINT3 Wellbeing, both recognised ways to reduce the effects of stress and to boost happiness levels! While we still promote the benefits of movement and mindfulness, our services have evolved with life and the needs of people. We are now a mental health and wellbeing training and development provider and wellbeing consultancy.
