A life journey of discovery…

…focused on holistic health and wellbeing.

Hello, I’m Sarah Mayo, author of this blog and co-founder of POINT3 Wellbeing which I established in 2018 alongside two friends (one of which has now gone on to forge his own wonderful solo coaching career in France).

On this blog (previously Ginger and Spice which I started in 2012), I share some of my insights and ways I manage my health and wellbeing. What I’ve learned and discovered about myself along the way, but over the last few years in particular. And my hopes and dreams for the future.

My goal for the blog is to write (something I enjoy doing) and if it helps others who read it, then great!

A point about the title – Not The Mayo Clinic.

The Mayo Clinic is a medical facility and research centre in the US. So, the title is a play on that, as I am not a doctor or a scientist, but I follow many and do a lot of research. So, here I am sharing some of what I’ve discovered works for me (or not) and my wellbeing.

I am a workplace wellbeing trainer and coach for POINT3 Wellbeing with qualifications in mental health, mindset, movement and mindfulness, so some of this thinking is woven into this blog too.

If any of what I share works for you too, then great!

My main message is experiment, as what works for me, won’t necessarily work for you. We’re all so different! 🙂

And if you want to say hi, you can say hello here.
