Reaching mid age can be confronting, as well as liberating! When I say confronting, it is forcing me to think about older age. Reaching '100' is one of my longer term goals - but only if I am healthy - in mind and body. But there's so much noice and nuance to the advice out there... particularly for perimenopausal women.
